Terms of Service

Last updated August 27, 2026

These terms apply to this website, myhomebasesolutions.com. Using the MyHomeBase application, or booking or providing services through it, is governed by separate terms presented at sign-up.

What this site is

This website describes the MyHomeBase service. Apart from the application form covered in the next section, it is informational. It is not an offer, a contract, or a booking system, and nothing on it creates an agreement between you and MyHomeBase.

Applying as a service provider

The for pros page carries an application form. Submitting it tells us you would like to be considered as a MyHomeBase service provider. It is a request, not an agreement: it does not create an account, guarantee you a place on the platform, or entitle you to any offer described on this site, and we may decline any application for any lawful reason.

Please give us information that is accurate and yours to give. If you apply on behalf of a business, you are telling us you are authorized to do so. Joining MyHomeBase is by invitation and requires completing provider onboarding in the app, and is governed by the separate provider terms presented at sign-up.

What we do with what you send is described in our Privacy Policy.

Accuracy and availability

We work to keep this site accurate, but service descriptions, coverage areas, and price ranges shown here are illustrative and subject to change. Price ranges reflect typical local rates, not quotes. Actual pricing is set by individual service providers.

We may change, suspend, or remove any part of this site at any time without notice.

Our content

The text, design, images, and marks on this site belong to MyHomeBase or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written consent.

Links to other sites

Where this site links elsewhere, we do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their content or practices.

No warranty

This site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind regarding the site and its content, including accuracy, availability, and fitness for a particular purpose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date above reflects the most recent revision.
